1. All teams must be ISA sanctioned before participating.  Teams must have a sanction card or number with them at all tournaments.  If a team changes their name or classification, they must register again.
2. Teams committing to a tournament that do not show may be required to pay the full entry fee before they can participate in any future ISA events.
3. All teams must submit a completed roster prior to their first game.  Any player that does not sign the roster will be considered an illegal player.  A player may not appear on more than one roster at a tournament and may not participate with more than one team.
4. ISA Illinois and its directors reserve the right to reclassify any team, at any time.
5. ISA Illinois reserves the right to inspect any equipment from any player at any time and remove from the game.
6. State rosters are frozen and teams may only add two players from their class or below for the World Tournament.  All additions must be approved by the State Director.
7. A player may not drop more than one class a year, without approval from the State Director.
8. Any team that has been moved up must play in at least two qualifying tournaments before they can appeal.  If the team appeals and is moved back down, then their roster is frozen.  They will not be allowed to add anyone to their roster for the rest of the year.
9. Any team that has 4 or more players from a team that has been moved to a higher class must play in the higher class.
10. ISA Illinois reserves the right to remove any Coach, Player, or Spectator who is displaying unsportsmanlike behavior.
